Thirteen questions on contractions for Year 1, set across four pages. Pupils start by matching pairs such as did not and it is to their short forms. Next they tick the right contraction for three sentences, name the letters an apostrophe has replaced in don't, I'm and he'll, and find two contractions hidden in each of two sentences.
