About this worksheet
A two-task recap of the Phase 3 digraphs sh, ch, th and ng for Year 1 pupils who are not yet secure. First, pupils add sound buttons to twelve words, from ship and chop to moth and king, with a dot under each single sound and a dash under the digraph. Then they name six pictures, including a moth, a ring and a bath, and write each whole word from a clue such as m o _ _. The answer page sets out the dots and dashes for every word. It follows the England National Curriculum for Year 1 word reading.
