About this worksheet
Students pick one community helper, such as a firefighter, teacher, doctor, or mail carrier, and draw six panels that follow that person from morning to the end of the day. Two planning questions come first: who the helper is, and where they work plus one tool they use. Each panel has a caption line for a short sentence or a few words. The 2-page kindergarten sheet has no answer key, since every story differs. It works toward C3 Framework D2.Civ.2.K-2 and D4.2.K-2, which asks for events in the correct sequence.
