About this worksheet
Four landmarks and two riddles make up this 4th grade US regions sheet. A small block map at the top labels the West, Southwest, Midwest, Southeast, and Northeast. Students use it and a word bank to place the Grand Canyon, the Statue of Liberty, Iowa cornfields, and the Florida Everglades. The Region Mystery Clues then describe a region by its features, such as maple syrup and American Revolution sites, and students name it. The work matches C3 Framework D2.Geo.2.3-5. An answer page gives all six: Southwest, Northeast, Midwest, and Southeast for the landmarks, then West and Northeast.
