About this worksheet
Matching and sorting work on multiplicative comparison for 4th grade, covering Common Core 4.OA.1 and 4.OA.2. Students pair statements like "A jacket costs $72, which is 8 times as much as a hat that costs $9" with equations such as 8 × 9 = 72, read bar models built from repeated boxes of 5, 6 and 7, and split a table of claims into times-as-many versus more-than. Two word problems close it out, one dividing (the 18-foot giraffe) and one multiplying (the bran muffins). An answer key sits at the end.
