About this worksheet

A printable bingo game that turns 3rd grade multiplication fact recall into a whole-class event. Each student picks 24 products from a bank of 30 (running from 6 up to 81), writes them onto a blank 5-by-5 BINGO card with a ★ FREE ★ center square, and crosses off products as facts are called. A Caller Clues section holds 12 practice facts, from 7 × 8 to 9 × 8, with the products listed in the answer key for the caller.

3.OA.7

Fluently multiply and divide within 100, using strategies such as the relationship between multiplication and division (e.g., knowing that 8 × 5 = 40, one knows 40 ÷ 5 = 8) or properties of operations. By the end of Grade 3, know from memory all products of two one-digit numbers.

The 12 caller facts and the 30-product bank keep every multiplication within the one-digit times one-digit range, with 6 × 6 = 36 and 9 × 4 = 36 planted to catch students who stop listening after one match.

Thirty products sit in a grid: 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, 14 and on up through 63, 64, 72, and 81. Students choose 24 of them, so no two cards in the room match.

My Bingo Card

A blank 5-column table headed B, I, N, G, O with a ★ FREE ★ square in the center. Students copy their 24 chosen products into the empty squares before play begins.

Caller Clues & Practice

Twelve facts to call or solve: 7 × 8, 6 × 6, 9 × 4, 8 × 4, 5 × 7, 9 × 9, 4 × 7, 8 × 6, 9 × 7, 6 × 7, 8 × 8, and 9 × 8. The key lists each product, 56 through 72.

How teachers use it

Friday game slot

Run one full game with you as caller. Note that 36 appears twice in the clue list (6 × 6 and 9 × 4), so students who filled 36 into one square learn to keep checking.

Partner station

One student calls facts from the clue grid while the other plays. The caller does more math than the player, so swap roles after each game.

Differentiation

Ask stronger students to build a card using only products above 30. That forces them into the 6, 7, 8, and 9 tables where most fluency gaps hide.
