Nine prefix words are hidden in Prefix Power Word Hunt, a two-page word search for Year 4 English. Pupils find antiseptic, autograph, illegal, immature, incorrect, interact, irregular, submerge and superstar, reading across or down. Between them the words show nine prefixes, from anti- and auto- to sub- and super-. Four of them (il-, im-, in- and ir-) all mean not. The answer key gives the row, column and direction of every word. Written for the England National Curriculum objective on prefixes.
