About this worksheet

A six-page Year 3 grammar and punctuation test in five sections. Pupils choose a or an, match word families such as care and careful, and pick out conjunctions of time and cause. Mark by section

Record scores for each of the five sections. It shows you which area each pupil needs to revisit.

Practice edit

Use section 5 alone as a short edit task a few days before the test. It tests three different rules in three sentences.
