2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all

activities that occur under your account.

• Use Chalkie for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

You are solely responsible for any content you upload, post, or otherwise transmit through the Services. You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content that:

3.4. Fair Use and Content Creation

3.4.1. Usage by Tier

• Free tier users may create up to 25 lessons per calendar month

• Pro tier users may create unlimited lessons for legitimate personal and professional use

• School tier users may create unlimited lessons for use within their educational institution

3.4.2. Fair Use Principles

• While Pro and School tiers offer unlimited lesson creation, usage should be reasonable and in line with legitimate educational or professional purposes

• Chalkie reserves the right to investigate usage patterns that may indicate automated bulk creation or suggest potential misuse of the platform

• Examples of usage that may violate our fair use principles include, but are not limited to:

  • Automated or bulk creation of lessons without meaningful educational content

  • Creating lessons for the primary purpose of resale or commercial redistribution

  • Systematic extraction or duplication of platform content

  • Sharing access credentials to circumvent user limits

3.4.3. Commercial Use and Redistribution

• Content created using Chalkie is intended for personal use, direct educational instruction, or legitimate professional purposes

• The systematic resale or commercial redistribution of lessons created using Chalkie is prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing by Chalkie

• Users seeking to use Chalkie content for commercial purposes should contact us to discuss appropriate licensing arrangements

3.4.4. Account Monitoring

• Chalkie reserves the right to monitor account usage patterns to ensure compliance with these fair use policies

• We may contact users whose usage patterns suggest potential violation of these principles

• In cases of clear abuse, Chalkie reserves the right to temporarily suspend or limit account access until the matter can be resolved

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1. All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on Chalkie are the property of Chalkie or its licensors.
